What happens if your office is closed? |

Our offices are staffed from 06:00am to 12:00 mid-night. At all other times calls to our main number will be |

automatically transferred to the shift controller. For all early morning arrivals you will have been pre-advised in |

advance by text or email of the driver’s contact details. |

What happens in the event that my flight is delayed or diverted? |

We constantly monitor all flight arrivals, and in the instance of a delay to your arrival your driver will be waiting for |

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs at the Airport? |

Our rates include one hour waiting from the time of landing of the aircraft. [not from the scheduled arrival time]. |

What happens when I am arriving on a Cruise Ship? |

Normally you will have been pre-allocated a disembarkation time. The driver will send you a text message to |

confirm he is at the Port, and will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a name-board. |

How do I pay? |

We offer Credit Accounts to approved corporate and institutional clients, otherwise we ask that you pay the driver |

in cash [£, US$ or €]. We also accept payment by Credit Card or by a £ stg cheque drawn on a United Kingdom |

or Channel Island bank supported by a Bank Guarantee Card. |

Is it necessary for me to pay a reservation deposit? |

Where a client does not hold an approved credit account with us, we may request the client to guarantee their |

reservation by credit card. We DO NOT take prior payment for any booking without the written agreement or |
| |
instruction of the booking party. |

Are you able to handle large amounts of luggage? |

YES - we ask that when you make your booking you specify how much luggage you expect to have. |

Are you in contact with the driver at all times? |

YES – all of our drivers have PDA’s or Mobile Phones through which messages and instructions are passed. |

Do you only undertake airport transfers? |

Airport transfers from and to the five London Airports [Heathrow, Stansted, Gatwick, London City, and Luton] |

We will give you an estimate of journey time when we confirm your booking. Transit times in the United Kingdom vary considerably depending on the time of day, and traffic conditions. |

Do your rates include gratuities? |

No, our rates are exclusive of any gratuities. Any gratuity offered to your driver is solely at the discretion of the client. |
